first day of preparing ramadan meal

we didnt have problem with waking up, because we are early birds anyway!

i managed to escape early by convincing everyone that there isnt any need to prolong the meeting! he managed to get back early too.

i was half expecting he will be dead beat.

i went to the kitchen at around 5 and helped the MIL who was starting to cook. the nice surprise of the day was, he joined me. and he stayed on in the kitchen during the entire cook-out session.

i think my MIL was happy to have two guests in the kitchen. the husband and me.

the husband as you know, likes to cook too. the recipe for yesterday was amazingly simple and good, and both of us agree we are going to try this on our own someday (that's part of the reason he stayed on you know)..

but i am still very happy with him for helping out. for helping a considearable bit, especially for taking the effort in making me comfortable. for being so not kekok in the kitchen.
